Terms and Service

Rock Solid® Nutrition Ambassador Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between  Rock Solid® Nutrition and the individual or entity ("Ambassador") who agrees to become an affiliate partner for Rock Solid® Nutrition. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Agreement Terms

1. Ambassador Responsibilities

As an Ambassador partner for Rock Solid® Nutrition, you agree to:

  • Promote Rock Solid® Nutrition products in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Post and tag Rock Solid® Nutrition on social media platforms at least once per week, showcasing Rock Solid® products, the brand, or related content.
  • Submit a minimum of one video content piece per month for Rock Solid® Nutrition to edit and post on social media, with proper tagging and attribution. (google drive link to info@rocksolidnutrition.com)
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting Rock Solid® Nutrition products.
  • Not engage in any unethical or deceptive marketing practices.
  • Not make any false claims about Rock Solid® Nutrition products.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Rock Solid® Nutrition, including trademarks, copyrights, and other proprietary information.
  • Not use paid advertising or pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns that directly compete with Rock Solid® Nutrition's advertising efforts.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information to Rock Solid® Nutrition.

2. Commissions

Ambassador commissions are as follows:

  • Ambassador's will earn a 15% commission on the net sales amount for products sold via their unique ambassador link or with their coupon code.
  • Ambassador's will receive a 15% discount plus 15% commission on their personal orders for Rock Solid® Nutrition products. Ambassador will use a thier personal coupon code at checkout to receive this discount. 

3. Payment

  • Ambassador payments will be made on a monthly basis, with a minimum payout threshold of $100. If the ambassador's commissions do not reach this threshold in a given month, the balance will be carried over to the next month until the minimum payout threshold is met.
  • Payments will be processed via PayPal, and it is the ambassador's responsibility to provide accurate payment details.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with or without cause upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid to the ambassador's in accordance with Section 3.

Miscellaneous

1. Independent Contractor

The relationship between Rock Solid® Nutrition and the ambassador is that of independent contractors. This Agreement does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the parties.

2. Amendments

Rock Solid® Nutrition reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Ambassador's will be notified of any changes, and it is their responsibility to review the agreement periodically. Continued participation in the ambassador's program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

3. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

4. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Rock Solid® Nutrition and the ambassador and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

By signing up as an ambassador, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Ambassador Agreement.
